Kia Piki Te Ora Pack gave our Whānau the confidence to return to everyday activity using the knowledge of our Tūpuna combined with what we are learning. We are inspired to share with everyone the tools our Whānau used and hopefully this can help you. Please note all products have been created by us. We harvest our own and create our own
Kia Piki Te Ora Pack
* 3 x Kumarahou and Tarata Tea Bags: Add hot water to tea bag and leave for 5-10 minutes before consuming. These tea bags will help open up your airways. Have this tea anytime of the day. Tarata and it's lemon flavor blended with the right amount of Kumarahou
* Huakina te HāOra (Vapor Rub) Kawakawa oil, mingimingi oil, horopito oil, shea butter, manuka wax, Eucalyptus, Peppermint. These ingredients create a great vapor rub to help open airways. Put two fingers into rub and spread on chest and back. It is ok to use on neck and on a cloth to inhale. A teaspoon of Huakina Te HāOra can be dissolved into hot water to inhale and help if really congested. Make sure you wash your hands after use. Please note this is not for consumption
* Hinu Romiromi 30ml (Deep tissue Massage Oil) Tūpakihi, Kawakawa, Horopito, Blue Gum. These oils combined creates a deep tissue oil for Romiromi, mirimiri, massage. This oil will be great if your body is not feeling the best with aches and pains. Make sure you wash your hands after use. Please note this is not for consumptions
*. Te HāOra 10ml (oil to help clear sinuses). All the rongoa and additional ingredients in this roller can help with sinuses, aches and pains. Roll the oil onto hands to mirimiri the area or straight onto the body part. Handy to have in your purse or bag when you are out and about
